Our Home Groups are where we go deeper...We utilize a model of smaller and more intimate groups to facilitate more personal interaction and create more of a "family" environment. Here, we challenge each other to grow in maturity and strive to better understand and live out "covenant love" (Colossians 3:14)
In our Home groups, we often share a meal, study God's Word, fellowship, and pray. We come together in an intimate way, not because we have to, but because we want to. And therein lies the true power of love and unity.
Leadership development is also a key part of who we are and what we value. As such, we have monthly gatherings reserrved for our "leadership community". We believe that this world's greatest need is for Godly leaders...men and women who are willing to be influencers and "difference-makers" in today's Post-modern world.
During our leadership times (TEAM), we focus on building leadership skills that will help us be more effective in impacting others and multiplying our lives. In addition, we want to create a community of planning and strategizing together to more effectively accomplish our vision and mission.
