At Awaken, we hope to create a "Worship Experience" more than a "Worship Service". We strive for excellence in our music...playing songs that resonate with our generation and stirs the heart and soul of true worshippers of God. We believe that music should not entertain, but move us to prostrate ourselves before the living God.
At Awaken, we strive to craft our messages to focus on real issues, real opportunities, and real life. We envision our roles primarily as shepherds, choosing primarily to guide you on your spiritual journey with God rather than dictate it for you. We also prioritize being true to the Bible, which we believe to be God's Word and His primary means of communicating truth to us.
Most of all, our worship at Awaken is about people and embracing our community of faith. We want every member and guest to feel welcomed and loved. Our hi-tech society can often displace that sense of community and we want to reclaim it here in a culture of love, care, and serving one another.
